About Medical Plaza
The Medical Plaza is owned by Medical Plaza Partners, L.P. The complex consists of three, connected medical buildings located at the intersection of 43rd street and Washingon Street in Kansas City, MO.
The original conception of Medical Plaza was born of the need for medical office space adjacent to Saint Luke's Hospital. A joint venture of physicians in private practice and Saint Luke's Hospital developed the land across the street from what was, at that time, the hospital entrance. All three medical buildings are now connected to Saint Luke's Hospital, allowing easy access to both by patients and staff.
